All orders must be paid in full prior to production. Unless agreed upon in writing by an officer of the company.

Estimated shipping times are based on the approval of artwork, payment in full or agreed terms and must all be confirmed received in house at SMG before 10:00 am EST. All order placed, approved, paid after 10:00 am EST will be processed into factory the following business day, excluding major holidays. Please speak with your SMG representative to confirm any major holidays either domestically or internationally that would impact your delivery schedule.

Artwork Formats:

Acceptable:

  • Vector files Most images created with tools such as Adobe Illustrator are in the form of vector image files. Any file delivered in a Vector format is ideal for USBsmg to print of engrave your logo on your custom USB Flash Drives.
  • Hi- resolution Adobe PDF
  • EPS –Encapsulated Postscript file
  • AI –Adobe Illustrator File, the very best in quality to recreate your artwork in the printing process.
  • JPG – Commonly used on the web due to it’s excellent ability to compress the graphic to save webpage load time. This format will work in the printing process if the file is 300 DPI or greater.

Not Acceptable:

(Contact your Customer Service Representative to obtain a quote on having your logo redrawn or turn into a vector format for optimal production quality.)

  • Bitmap files Unless these are in very large sized resolution (600 DPI or better), they are unusable in the printing process
  • TIFF – Tagged Image File Format file: This format is not ideal in our printing process
  • GIF – Commonly used on the web due to it’s ability to reduce the number of colors an image uses to be viewed to save webpage load time. This format will not work to use in the printing process.
  • BMP A low resolution Image format. This format will not work to use in the printing process.
